- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tbsp.
- kifi kiwo
- 2 tbsp. Soya Sauce
- 1 barkono barkono (ja, minced, OR 1-3 tsp. Chili Sauce OR 1/2 to 1 tsp.
- cayenne barkono )
- 1 tbsp.
- ruwan 'ya'yan lemun tsami
- 6 rassan ganyayyaki (yanke tare da almakashi a cikin tube bakin ciki, mai tushe jefar da)
- 2 tsp. masara (sitaci narkar da shi a cikin lita 3-4)
Yadda za a yi shi

- Add da marinated alade tare da lemun tsami leaf strips da namomin kaza. Sanya sosai. Rage zafi zuwa matsakaici ko matsakaici (don haka naman alade yana da sauƙi). Rufe kuma simmer minti 10-12, yin motsawa lokaci-lokaci.
- Ƙara barkono mai kararrawa da peasushi na dusar ƙanƙara, yana motsa su a cikin. Simmer 3-4 karin minti, ko har sai kayan lambu sun yi laushi amma har yanzu suna riƙe da launin su, kuma an naman alade.
