- 2 tbsps kayan lambu / canola / sunflower

- 3 tbsps yankakken tafarnuwa
- 2 tsp coriander foda
- 1 tsp cumin foda
- 1/2 tsp
- turmeric foda
- 1/2 tsp ja
- Chili foda
- 1/2 tsp raw mango foda
- gishiri dandana
- 1 tsp garam masala foda
Yadda za a yi shi
- Gasa man a cikin kwanon rufi mai nauyi a kan harshen wuta. Ƙara cumin tsaba da kuma toya har zuwa spluttering tsaya a nan ba.
- Ƙara tafarnuwa kuma toya har zuwa laushi.
- Ƙara dankali da kayan yaji. Season tare da gishiri don dandana kuma Mix da kyau.
- Cook har sai an yi dankali, yayin da ake motsawa akai-akai kuma a hankali (don kauce wa rawar dankali). Sanya ruwa kawai idan an buƙata.
- Ƙara capsicum kuma dafa don karin minti 2. Yayyafa garam masala foda da kuma rufe nan da nan.
- Ku bauta wa zafi tare da Chapatis (Gilashin Indiya ) ko shinkafa shinkafa da kuma Kaali Daal ( curry curry ).
