Kalmar zereshk tana nufin barberries, wanda suke da yawa a cikin shinkafa na Persian. A berries suna da kaifi, m dandano da kuma sau da yawa dafa shi da bit of sugar kafin a ƙara saffron shinkafa. - Ga Saffron Jiko:

- Ga Chicken:
