Wannan kayan dadi yana da kyau kamar Chapatis mai zafi kamar yadda ake yi da shinkafa shinkafa. Ku jefa a cikin salatin ko kayan lambu kuma kuna da cikakken cin abinci mai cin ganyayyaki!
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1 kofin Moong Daal (tsaga rawaya mai leken fata) wanke sosai
- 1 kofin Masal Daal (tsaga albarkatun lent) wanke sosai
- 1/4 tsp tsarin
- 1 tsp turmeric foda
- 1 tsp
- red chili foda
- 2 tbsps kayan lambu / canola / sunflower dafa abinci mai
- 1 manyan albasa yankakken lafiya
- 1 matsakaici tumatir yankakken lafiya
- 1 tbsp tafarnuwa manna
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger manna
- 2 tsp coriander foda
- 1 tsp cumin foda
- 1 tsp
- Sambar Masala
- 2 tbsps
- ghee
- 7-8 curry ganye
- 1 tsp
- Paanch Phoran
- 2 gwanayen koren da suka dace (na zaɓi)
- Salt dandana
- Yankakken kaya na coriander don ado (kimanin 1/4 kofin)
Yadda za a yi shi
- Mix da 2 wanke Daals tare a cikin wani mai dafa abinci da kuma ƙara ruwan da kawai don rufe. Ƙara karamin, 1/2 tsp na turmeric da ja chili foda da gishiri don dandana kuma ya rufe. Saita don dafa a kan harshen wuta. Bada izinin saki / matsa lamba kuma rage wuta don yin simmer. Cook har sai kun ji 2 ƙararraki / matsa lamba da sake kashewa. Tsayawa ba tare da bude macijin mai matsa lamba ba.
- Gasa mai dafa abinci a cikin zurfi mai zurfi mai zurfi a kan harshen wuta. Ƙara albasa da kuma fry har zuwa translucent.
- Ƙara tumatir, Ginger and garlic pastes kuma toya har sai tumatir su da taushi ne.
- Ƙara duk kayan yaji mai laushi - coriander, cumin, Sambar Masala da sauran 1/2 tsp na turmeric da kuma jan alkama. Mix da kyau kuma toya don minti 5-7.
- Saki da tururi daga gare ta kuma buɗe mafaji mai matsa. Ƙara Mafarin Boiled zuwa masala da kuma haɗuwa don haɗuwa da kyau. Season tare da gishiri idan ya cancanta. Cook don minti 10 a harshen wuta. Jira lokaci-lokaci.
- A cikin wani ƙaramin kwanon rufi, zafi ghee har sai zafi (a kan harshen wuta). Ƙara Paanch Phoran , curry ganye, koren sanyi da kuma fry na minti 2-3 ko har sai ruwan magani ya tsaya spluttering. Dama sau da yawa.
- Kashe wuta kuma ƙara wannan cakuda ga Daal. Sanya sosai.
- Ganye tare da yankakken coriander ganye kuma ku yi zafi tare da Chapatis ko shinkafa Boiled shinkafa.
