Malai Kofta wani shahararren mashahuri ne a kan mazaunan gidan abincin Indiya a duk faɗin duniya. Shi ne abincin musamman na abinci mai yiwuwa saboda yin shi aiki ne na ƙauna kuma yana da lokaci da ƙoƙari.
Malai (ma'anar creamy a cikin Hindi) Kofta shi ne cikakken cin ganyayyaki ga meatballs. Yana tafiya sosai tare da Naan (tandoor-baked flatbread) ko Jeera Rice.
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- Ga Koftas:
- 2 kofuna waɗanda Boiled dankali (peeled da diced)
- 1 kofin kayan lambu mai gauraye (karas, wake, Peas, masara mai dadi) Boiled
- 1 kofin paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp. na thickened / nauyi / cream biyu
- 1 tsp. Cumin foda
- 1 tsp. coriander foda
- 1/2 tsp.
- red chili foda
- 1/2 kofin yankakken yankakken (
- almonds , walnuts, da kwayoyi)
- 1/4 kopin raisins (yankakken lafiya)

- Alt dandana
- 3 kofuna waɗanda kayan lambu (ko canola ko sunflower) mai dafa abinci don frying (ko fiye kamar yadda ake bukata)
- Ga Sauce:
- 3 tbsp. kayan lambu (ko canola ko sunflower dafa abinci mai)
- 2 manyan albasa (quartered)
- 2 tumatir (quartered)
- 2 tbsp. tafarnuwa manna
- 1 tbsp. Gudun manna
- 2 tsp. coriander foda
- 1 tbsp. Cumin foda
- 1/2 tsp. red chili foda
- 1 tsp. 'ya'yan itatuwan' ya'yan itace (tsabtace gashi da ƙasa a cikin foda)
- 3 tbsp. kwayoyi (ƙugiyoyi da almonds, ƙasa a cikin manyaccen manna)
- Salt dandana
- 2 tsp. garam masala
Yadda za a yi shi
- Mash da dankali, kayan lambu mai gauraya, da kuma kayan abinci tare. Add da kofta kayan yaji zuwa wannan Mash kuma Mix da kyau. Ya kamata a yi amfani da kullu da ya kamata. Idan ba ƙara wasu karin dankalin turawa. Season tare da gishiri.
- Yi wannan kullu a cikin bukukuwa kuma sanya 1/2 a tsp na kwaya da kuma zabibi a cikin tsakiyar kowane ball. Rubuta cikin cikakken zagaye.
- Rashin man fetur ya ajiye a waje don fry a koftas, a kan harshen wuta. Deep fry wadannan zagaye har kodadde zinariya a launi.
- Drain a kan takalma takarda da ajiyewa.
- Don ƙwaƙwalwa, da farko zafin zafi 3 tbsps na man fetur a cikin zurfin kwanon rufi kuma toya da albasarta har sai launin ruwan kasa mai haske.
- Gashi a cikin manna tare da tumatir, albasa, ginger, tafarnuwa, coriander, cumin da kuma jan chilli powders.
- Sanya wannan manna a cikin kwanon rufi kuma toya har sai man zai fara rabu da masala.
- Add da poppy tsaba foda da kuma nut manna da kuma toya na wani 2-3 minti.
- Ƙara 1 kopin ruwa mai dumi (sauya don wannan tasa yana nufin ya zama lokacin farin ciki don haka kada ku ƙara ruwa mai yawa) zuwa wannan masala don samar da wata miya / maiya. Mix da kyau. Season tare da gishiri.
- Ku zo da miya / raguwa zuwa tafasa sannan ku rage wuta don ragewa.
- Ƙara ƙara da kumfas zuwa wannan miya / rashi kuma dafa an gano shi don minti 2-3.
- Kashe wuta kuma yayyafa garam masala a duk faɗin tasa. Rufe nan da nan kuma yale izinin zama na minti 5.
- Ku bauta wa tare da zafi Naans (tandoor-baked yisti Indian flatbitad) ko Jeera Rice .
