Maɓallin keɓaɓɓiyar ɗan rago na souvlaki (a cikin Hellenanci: συβλάκι αρίσιο, mai suna LAH-da-ahr-NEE-see-yoh) shine marinade, saboda haka kada ku kaddamar da lokaci. Da tsawon da suka yi marinate, mafi kyau za su dandana ... kuma za su shuɗe da sauri kamar yadda za ka iya sanya su!
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 8-10 laban

Yadda za a yi shi
Day Daya
- Mix kayan shafa marinade a cikin kwano da kuma zuba a kan nama da kuma motsawa sosai zuwa gashi.
- Rufe da kuma firiji na dare.
Day biyu
- Add da sinadirai a cikin marinade Bugu da kari # 1
- Dama da kyau, rufe, da kuma firiji na dare.
Day Three
- Ƙara sinadirai a cikin kariyar bugunan # 2
- Dama da kyau, rufe, da kuma firiji na dare.
Rana ta huɗu
- Sauke ƙananan skewers na katako (5-8 inci) cikin ruwa don sa'a ko fiye.
