Wannan gurasar ta dafa ta hada nau'o'i biyar na Daals ('ya'yan lebur) kuma saboda haka an san shi da sunan Panchratan Daal. Ku bauta masa da Naans ko shinkafa shinkafa da salad.
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1/4 kofin Toor Daal - raba rawaya pigeon peas
- 1/4 kofin
- Chana Daal - raba Bengal gram
- 1/4 kofin
- Saabut Moong Daal -
- dukan launin rawaya
- 1/4 kofin
- Gyara Urad Daal - raba baki
- 1/4 kofin Saabut Masoor Daal - dukan kayan leken asiri
- 3 tbsps kayan lambu / canola / sunflower dafa abinci mai
- 2 manyan albasa yankakken lafiya
- 1 tsp coriander foda
- 1 tsp cumin foda
- 1/2 tsp
- turmeric foda
- 1/2 tsp ja barkono foda
- A tsunkule na asafetida
- 3 tbsp melted ghee
- 1 tsp Paanch Phoran (duba girke-girke a kasa)
- 2 manyan tumatir yankakken lafiya
- 5 tbsps yogurt whisked har sai da santsi
- Kayan sabo mai launi don ado
Yadda za a yi shi
- Sauke dukkan kayan wanke - Toor Daal , Chana Daal , Saabut Moong Daal , Ku raba Urad Daal da Saabut Masoor Daal - tare a cikin kwano ku wanke sosai.
- Soka da wankewa a cikin ruwa mai zurfi don rufe su duka, na tsawon sa'o'i 2. Cire duk wani ruwa da aka bar kuma ya sanya daɗa cikin kwanon rufi da ruwa don tafasa. Cika ruwa don haka matakin shine lambobi biyu na sama a sama da farfajiyoyin.
- Ƙara gishiri don dandana kuma tafasa har sai an dafa kayan dafa - za su zama masu taushi. Ƙara ƙarin ruwa kamar yadda ake bukata. A gama daidaito ya kasance kamar na lokacin farin ciki oatmeal porridge.
