Wani babban abincin da ya fi son Arewacin Indiya! Wannan abincin da aka damu yana da lafiya sosai. Idan Paneer ba a hannunsa ba ko kana son zaɓin kiɗa-kyauta kuma zaka iya amfani da tofu ko kayan lambu kamar farin kabeji ko dankalin turawa.
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1 laban / 500 gms paneer (duba a kasa don girke-girke don yin naka owner)
- 2 matsakaici na bunches na alayyafo (sabo, kimanin 1 lb. ko 500 gm.)
- 1/2 bunch sabo ne furen ganye (kusan 1/4 lb./125 gms)
- 4 tbsp. man kayan lambu (ko canola / man sunflower)
- 1 manyan albasa (yankakken lafiya)
- 1 manyan tumatir (diced)
- 2 teaspoons tafarnuwa manna
- 1 teaspoon Ginger manna
- 2 teaspoons coriander foda
- 1 teaspoon cumin foda
- 1/2 teaspoon
- turmeric foda
- 1 teaspoon
- garam masala foda
- Salt dandana
- Garnish: 1 tbsp. na man shanu
Yadda za a yi shi
- Yanke katako a cikin 1 "cubes." Kaji 2 tbsps na man fetur a cikin kwanon rufi mai zurfi da kuma saro da murya har zuwa zinariya. Cire da lambatu a kan tawul ɗin takarda.
- Ƙara 2 tbsps na man fetur zuwa daya kwanon rufi kuma toya da albasarta a ciki har sai taushi.
- Ƙara gwal da tafarnuwa da kayan lambu da kuma fry don minti daya.
- Ƙara kayan alayyafo, ganye masu ganye, tumatir, coriander, cumin, turmeric da kuma masala powders da kuma haxa da kyau. Ƙara gishiri don dandana kuma haɗuwa da kyau.
- Cook har sai alayyafo da fenugreek ganye suna da taushi da kuma kamar ɓangaren litattafan almara. Mash da kyau a cikin wani m manna. Idan ka fi so, zaku iya haɗar wannan manna a cikin sarrafawar abinci don samun daidaituwa.
- Ƙara ƙarar da aka yi a baya a cikin furotin zuwa wannan farfajiya da kuma haɗuwa don gashi guda.
- Gasa da man shanu kuma ku yi zafi tare da Chapatis (India flatbread), parathas (gurasa mai laushi mai laushi ) ko Makki Ki Roti (gurasa mai naman gurasa) .
