Mutter (ma'anar peas) Paneer (wani nau'i mai tsaka-tsami na gida) shine mai yiwuwa mafi yawan lokuta mafi yawan umurni da cin abinci mai cin ganyayyaki a gidajen cin abinci Indiya. Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 500 gms paneer cubed
- 200 gms shelled Peas
- 2 albasa da yawa, a yanka a cikin bariki
- 3 matsakaici na tumatir a yanka a cikin bariki
- 1 tbsp Ginger manna
- 2 tbsps tafarnuwa manna
- 2 tsps coriander foda
- 1 tsp cumin foda
- 2 tsps garam masala
- 1/2 tsp
- turmeric foda
- 2 kore chillies yankakken lafiya
- 6 tbsps na kayan lambu / canola / sunflower dafa abinci mai
- 1 da kuma 1/2 kofuna waɗanda ruwan zafi
- Salt dandana
- 3 tbsps thickened / biyu / nauyi cream
- 1/3 kofin sabo ne coriander ganye yankakken lafiya zuwa ado
Yadda za a yi shi
- Shuka albasa a cikin manna mai kyau a cikin abincin abinci. Tsaya.
- Karanya tumatir a cikin manya mai kyau kuma ka ajiye.
- Heat 2-3 tbsps na kayan lambu / canola / sunflower man dafa abinci a cikin zurfin kwanon rufi da kuma motsa jiki-fry da cubes na paneer har zuwa zinariya. Lokacin da zinariya, cire kan tawul na takarda da kuma ajiyewa.
- A cikin wannan jirgin ruwa zafi sauran 2-3 tbsps na kayan lambu / canola / sunflower dafa abinci da kuma ƙara albasa manna. Fry har sai ya juya launin ruwan kasa. Kuna buƙatar motsawa akai-akai don kauce wa ƙurar manna. Har ila yau, kada ku yi dariya kamar yadda zai zama mai haɗari kuma ya lalata curry.
