Lemon shinkafa yana daya daga cikin shaguna mafi yawa a kasar Indiya ta Kudu. Ana cin abinci ne kawai ko tare da raita, yogurt, chutney ko Kosambari (irin salad).
Kuna iya jefa tare idan kuna cikin sauri kamar yadda za'a iya yi tare da shinkafa shinkafa. Ƙara wasu poppadums a gefe don abinci mai sauƙi amma mai dadi.

- 1 teaspoon
- coriander tsaba

- Gurasa da nama a hankali sannan kuma ya kara da tsaba cikin coriander cikin foda. Ajiye.
- Gasa man fetur a cikin kwanon rufi da kuma ƙara ' ya'yan mustard , curry ganye, da kuma koren chiya. Yanke da cakuda har sai an dakatar da shi.
