A Cuisine na Kudu India

Kasashe sun hada da : Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu da Kerala.

Dangane da tasiri na al'adu da al'adu a yankunan yankin : Kudu maso gabashin India yana da zafi, ruwan sanyi da dukan jihohin bakin teku. Rainfall yana da yawa kuma haka ne samar da 'ya'yan itace, kayan lambu, da shinkafa. Andhra Pradesh yana samar da abinci mai zafi Andhra wanda shine mafi yawan cin ganyayyaki duk da haka yana da yawancin abincin teku a yankunan bakin teku.

Daga Kerala ya zo dafa abinci na Malabari, tare da sake yin amfani da kayan abinci mai dadi.
