Kunshin Rice Rashin Tsuntsaye na Tura. D.Schmidt SERVES 2-3 a matsayin Maimakon Gida OR 4-6 a matsayin Tasa Taba
Don wata hanyar shafi ɗaya na wannan girke-girke, ga na: Savory Rice Rice tare da naman alade & Namomin kaza.
Na farko, shirya kayan aikinku. Don wannan girke-girke za ku buƙaci :
- 2 kofuna waɗanda Thai mai dafa shinkafa (wanda ake kira "shinkafa mai dadi" ko "shinkafa mai sutsi")
- 5 kwakwalwa na naman alade na yau da kullum (OR 3 mai tsabta)
- 1/3 kofin zane-zane ko kayan zane-zane
- 1 kofin shiitake mushroom, diced
- 1 tsp. yankakken tafarnuwa (kimanin 3 cloves)
- 1 ja chili, finely sliced, OR 1/2 tsp. dried dried chili KO cayenne
- 1 + 1/2 Tbsp. kifi kiwo
- 1 + 1/2 tsp. duhu soya sauce, OR 2 more Tbsp. na yau da kullum soya
- 1 Tbsp. na yau da kullum soya
- 3 spring albasa, sliced
- 1 kunshin bankunan banana (wanda aka samu a daskararre a mafi yawan wuraren Stores na Asiya), KO cakula
02 na 10
Soka da Rice Tsuntsu.
Soaking da Rice Rashin. D.Schmidt Rufe 2 kofuna waɗanda m shinkafa tare da inch na ruwa. Ka bar su jiƙa a kalla minti 30. (Ka lura cewa shinkafa mai yalwa yana da matsala mai wuya wanda yake buƙatar yin haka, in ba haka ba za ka ƙarasa da shinkafa mai tsanani).

Ciyar da 'yan' yan kwalliya kaɗan.
Frying Bacon. D.Schmidt Sanya 5 ɓoye na naman alade na yau da kullum (OR 3 barkatai-sliced) a cikin kwanon frying ko wok (a nan ina amfani da naman alade na gida). Ƙara ruwa kaɗan don samun naman alade, to, toya minti 5-8, ko kuma sai an dafa naman alade (chewy maimakon kullun). Cire naman alade kuma a raba shi zuwa kananan guda. Zuba rabi na naman alade, ka dakatar da saura a cikin kwanon rufi (wannan zai taimaka ga abincin shinkafa).
04 na 10
Ƙara kayan lambu.
Ƙara namomin kaza, tafarnuwa, da Onion. D.Schmidt Koma naman alade a kwanon rufi. Har ila yau, ƙara 1/3 kofin alkama ko albasa mai laushi, 1 kofin diced namomin kaza, 1 tsp. tafarnuwa, 1 sliced ja chili (ko 1/2 tsp da baƙin ciki barkono), da kuma 1 na sliced spring albasarta. Gyare-fry a kan matsakaici-zafi mai zafi minti 2-3, ko kuma sai an dafa shi da namomin kaza.
05 na 10
Ƙara Rice da Sauces.
Ƙara Soy Sauce. D.Schmidt Yanzu ƙara drained m shinkafa, da 1 Tbsp. Soya Sauce, 1 + 1/2 Naman kifi, da 1 + 1/2 tsp. dark soya sauce (OR 2 more Nbsp; akai-akai soya sauce). Cirry fry a takaice don hada. Cire daga zafin rana.
06 na 10
Shirya Fitilarka.
Ana shirya Steamer. D.Schmidt Shirya bamboo bamboo, ko amfani da colander sanya a cikin tukunya (kamar yadda aka nuna a nan). Laka cikin colander ko steamer tare da launi na ganye OR cheesecloth. Idan amfani da ganye na daskare, to, bari izinin saurin minti 30 ko yin wanka da sauri a ƙarƙashin ruwan zafi don yin laushi.

Laka da Colander da Banana Leaves (ko Cheesecloth).
Gina Colander tare da Leaf Banana. D.Schmidt Idan amfani da bango banana, yanke su cikin zanen gado ta amfani da aljihun. Biyu layers su ne mafi kyau.

Rice Rice a cikin Kasuwanci Mai Shirye-shiryen Kasuwanci.
Canja wurin Rice a cikin Steamer. D.Schmidt Juye da shinkafa mai yalwa a cikin abincin da kuka shirya ko kuma steamer.

Sana da Rice Tsuntsu.
Gudun kan labaran launi na Banana don Tsarin. D.Schmidt Idan akwai karin ganye a saman colander, sai a ninka shi a hankali a kan shinkafa. Tabbatar akwai akalla 1 inch na ruwa a kasa na tukunyar ku. Yanzu rufe colander tare da murfi mai tsabta da kuma sare mai dan shinkafa a kan zafi mai zafi 30 zuwa minti 35, ko kuma sai shinkafa ya juya zuwa sama kuma yana da taushi kuma mai dadi don dandana. Duba ruwa a cikin tukunya daga lokaci zuwa lokaci, topping up a lokacin da ya cancanta.
