Hotuna da tangy, wannan ɗakin kwalliya ta fito ne daga zuciyar Goa mai kyau a bakin yammacin Indiya. Ku ci shi tare da shinkafa shinkafa mai kyau ko Jeera Rice da salad.
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1 kg. naman alade (a yanka a cikin 1 "cubes tare da duk mai jan cire)
- 8 tbsp
- Vindaloo Masala paste
- 2 manyan albasa (yankakken lafiya)
- 1 tbsp Ginger manna
- 1 tsp brown sugar (ko dabino sukari ko Maple syrup)
- 2 inch itace na
- kirfa
- 6 cikakkun cloves
- 3 Tbsp. kayan lambu mai (ko canola ko sunflower)
- Salt dandana
- 1 kofin ruwa
Yadda za a yi shi
- Ciyar da alade da kyau tare da vindaloo masala manna. Bada izinin shafe tsawon sa'o'i 24.
- Gasa man fetur kuma toya albasa har sai da zinariya. Add da ginger manna, kirfa da cloves da kuma toya na minti daya.
- Ƙara dabino da sukari da kyau.
- Ƙara nama kawai (bari a baya bayanan marinade / ruwa don daga bisani) da launin ruwan kasa.
- Ƙara manna / ruwa da aka cinye nama, a yanzu. Add kopin ruwa da gishiri don dandana.
- Dama da kyau, rage wuta da kuma dafa har naman alade ne mai taushi.
- Ku bauta wa tare da shinkafa mai shinkafa ko Jeera Rice .
