Wannan girke-girke na kaza da aka yi da kayan ƙanshi yana burge tare da dukan abincin da aka saba da kayan abinci na Thai! An yi amfani da shi a cikin wani abincin mai daɗin ƙanshi mai sauƙi da mikiya, sa'annan ana iya amfani da ƙoshin kaza da kuma tanda-gasa zuwa cikakke. Ƙara sauyi na gidan Thai na musamman wanda aka sa a gida kamar yadda ya kamata a sauya sauya ko gilashi, kuma wannan tasa zai zama rayuwar ku abincin dare ko abincin rana! Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1/2 sabon kaza (yankakken cikin ƙananan sassa) ko guda 4 kaza

- 2 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. black peppercorns (crushed tare da pestle & turmi) ko 1 tsp. kwalliya baƙar fata baƙar fata
- 10 cloves tafarnuwa (minced)
- 1 ja chili (minced, dandana)
- Dipping Sauce ko Glaze:
- 2/3 kofin shinkafa vinegar (ko wani irin vinegar: farin, farin giya, ko cider apple)
- 1/3 kofin cinye launin ruwan kasa
- 4 cloves tafarnuwa, minced
- 1 sabo ne dan kara (minced) ko 1/3 zuwa 1/2 tsp. dried barkono ko cayenne barkono
- 1 tbsp. kifi kiwo
Yadda za a yi shi
- Hada dukkan abincin sinadaran a cikin wani kwano kuma ya motsa da kyau don soke sukari.
- Ƙara kaza, sauya sau da yawa don tabbatar da kajin ka rufe kuma a wanke a cikin marinade. Rufe kuma sanya a cikin firiji don shafe akalla sa'o'i 2, ko kuma dare ya fi kyau.
- Don yin dipping / sauya, sanya duk abincin sauya / gishiri a cikin wani saucepan. Dama da kuma kawo ga tafasa (ƙanshi zai zama mai tsauri kamar yadda vinegar ya ƙone). Rage zafi dan kadan don kiyaye shi a tafasa mai sauƙi. Lokacin da miya ya rage zuwa 1/3 kuma yana farfaɗo a duk faɗin surface, cire daga zafi.
