- 1 tafarnuwa tafarnuwa (minced)
- Rib Rub:
- 1/3 kofin / 80 m Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons / 10 mL gishiri
- 2 teaspoons / 10 ml paprika
- 1 teaspoon / 5 ml farin barkono
- 3 kg / 1.3 kg naman alade
Yadda za a yi shi
1. Don shirya miya: Haɗa dukkan sinadaran miya a cikin saucepan. Bari cakuda su zo tafasa sannan su rage kuma su bar su simmer na minti 5. Idan sauya ya yi tsayi sosai, ƙara 2 zuwa 3 ruwan dafa abinci. Cire sauya daga zafin rana kuma ya ajiye.
