Abincin Gishiri Gishiri (Kyauta a Magajin Abincin Asiya). D.Schmidt Don takarda guda ɗaya na wannan girke-girke, duba: Lime Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe.
Lura: Kaffir Lemun tsami Ana buƙata don wannan girke-girke (babu wasu maye gurbin). Ku nemo su a cikin sabbin kayan daskarewa ko gidan abincin daskaran ku na Asiya / na kasar Sin. Wasu manyan kantunan suna fara fara sayar da su a cikin sabbin kayan lambu!
Ku tara hada sinadaran ku
- 4-5 ƙirjin kaza ko thighs
- 2 barkono murmushi (ja da kore, ko wasu launuka)
- 1/3 dafa albasa
- dintsi na sabo ne ganye (don bauta)
- 2 Tbsp. man fetur (irin su kwakwa ko canola) don saro-frying
Manna
- 3 spring albasa, sliced
- 1 sabo ne jan chili (ko fiye idan kuna so shi matsanancin kayan yaji)
- 6-8 [kaffir] rassan ganye
- 4 cloves tafarnuwa (ko 1/2 Tarned barked tafarnuwa)
- 1 Tbsp. lemun tsami ko ruwan 'ya'yan lemun tsami
- 2 Tbsp. kifi kifi (samuwa a cikin manyan kwalabe a Asiya / Kayan sayar da abinci na kasar Sin)
- 1/2 sako-sako da kofin sabo ne tushe
- 2 Tbsp. kwakwa, canola, da zaitun, ko wasu lafiya, mai daɗin man fetur
- 2 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp. Dark soya sauce (samuwa a Asiya / Kayan sayar da abinci na kasar Sin)
- 1 tsp. Brown sugar

Rinse da lemun tsami ya fita ƙarƙashin ruwan zafi.
Rinsing da Lemun tsami Bar. D.Schmidt Yaren Lime, wanda aka fi sani da 'kaffir lime leaf', ba kawai ganye daga itace mai lemun tsami ba. Kaffir lemun tsami ne ainihin fiye da wani shrub. Ana shirya manna. D.Schmidt Idan kana da kayan sarrafa abinci ko ƙananan katako: Sanya dukkanin sinadaran manna, ciki har da kayan abinci mai laushi, a cikin chopper (hoto a nan) ko mai sarrafa abinci.
Idan ta amfani da pestle & turmi: Yanke kayan lambu da lemun tsami a cikin tube. Ka bar fitar da sinadarin ruwa. Sanya duk sauran sinadirai har sai an yanke shi da kyau sannan kuma a haƙa tare, to, ku kara kayan da ake ciki da motsawa don haɗuwa.
Hanyar da ake amfani da shi: Gyara dukkanin sinadaran hannu tare da motsa tare.

Ana shirya Bell Peppers. D.Schmidt Gasa barkono mai kararrawa a cikin yanki. Yi haka don kaza. Har ila yau, girke albasa dafa abinci.

Sake Fry da Onion, sa'an nan kuma ƙara Chicken.
Sugar-Frying da Onion. D.Schmidt Sanya babban wok ko frying kwanon rufi a matsakaici zuwa babban zafi.
Ƙara 2 Tbsp. man fetur da kuma yadawa, sa'an nan kuma ƙara albasa. Sanya-fry na minti daya, to, ku ƙara kaza. Ci gaba da frying don karin minti 3-5, ko har sai an dafa shi kaza.
Maganin yalwata: A duk lokacin da kwanon wok / frying ya bushe, ƙara ruwa kadan (1 T a lokaci daya) a maimakon karin man fetur. Wannan zai kare ku da adadin kuzari da ƙoda.

Ƙara Bell Peppers. D.Schmidt Ƙara kararren barkono da kuma ci gaba da frying wani minti daya ko biyu, har sai barkono sun kara dan kadan kuma suna da launi.

Ku ɗanɗana-gwajin gwaji , ƙara yawan kifi sauya maimakon gishiri, idan an buƙata. Idan ma mai daɗi don dandano, ƙara ƙarin lemun tsami ko ruwan 'ya'yan lemun tsami. Idan kuna so shi spicier (hotter), ƙara karin 1/2 zuwa 1 sabo-yanke chili. Idan kuna so karin 'miya', ƙara 'yan Tbsp. abincin kaza, kwakwacin kwakwa, ko cream.
