Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- Ga Curry:
- 1 kg nama nama, a yanka a cikin 1.5 "zuwa 2" cubes (hada da wasu kasusuwa ga karin dandano)

- 1 tbsp. tafarnuwa manna / finely minced sabo tafarnuwa
- 1 tbsp. turmeric foda
- 1 tbsp. red chilli foda (rage idan kana so curry ya zama m)
- 3 manyan tumatir yankakken lafiya
- Salt dandana
- 1 tbsp. jaggery / gur
- 1 tbsp farin vinegar
- Garnish: 1/2 kofin finely yankakken coriander ganye
- Ga Salli:
- 5 manyan dankali (a cikin bishiyoyi kuma a yanka su a cikin wasan kwaikwayo ko kuma a jefa su)
- 3 zuwa 4 kofuna waɗanda kayan lambu / sunflower / canola dafa abinci don zurfin frying da dankalin turawa sandunansu
Yadda za a yi shi
