- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 kofin kirim mai tsami (ƙananan mai ba a bada shawarar)
- Zabin: black barkono dandana
Yadda za a yi shi
- A cikin babban kwano, haɗuwa da nama, albasa, 3 tablespoons na breadcrumbs, 2 raw qwai, gishiri, barkono, paprika, mustard, da faski.
- Yayyafa sauran gurasar a kan wani katako kuma yalwata gaurayayyen nama a cikin madaidaicin karfe 1 inci.

- Heat tanda zuwa 350 F.
- Yayyafa kashi 2 na naman alade a cikin kananan bishiyoyi da launin ruwan kasa a cikin tanda Holland a kan kuka. Cire naman alade kuma ajiye shi. Brown da nama a kowane bangare a cikin man alade man shafawa.
- Sanya sauran ɓoyen naman alade a kan nama, zuba 1/2 kofin naman sa broth a cikin kwanon rufi kuma sanya ƴan Holland a cikin tanda mai tsanani. Gasa, kuna cin abinci lokaci-lokaci tare da sauran 1/2 kofin broth na kimanin minti 45. Cire naman alade zuwa kayan aiki, rufe murfin aluminum kuma ku dumi.
- Sanya Yaren na Holland a kan abin da ke bishiya kuma ƙara 1/4 kopin ruwan zafi. Cire dukkan rassan launin ruwan kasa daga kasa na kwanon rufi.
