A cikin wannan dadi, mai sauƙi ga dafa abinci, kayan lambu masu kyau (prawns) suna haɗuwa tare da kayan lambu mai gauraya da kuma dafa shi a cikin gishiri mai naman tsami! Ku bauta wa kan gado na shinkafa shinkafa!
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 5 tbsps kayan lambu / canola / sunflower dafa abinci mai
- 1/2 kg kayan lambu mai gauraye - farin kabeji, karas, Peas, wake na Faransa, dankali - a yanka a kananan ƙananan
- 1 tsp
- Paanch Phoran masala
- 5 curry ganye
- 1 manyan ko 2 matsakaici albasa, yankakken lafiya

- Cikakken kwakwa mintuna 125 na madara
- 2 tsp lemon ruwan 'ya'yan itace
- 2-3 tbsps yankakken sabo ne coriander
Yadda za a yi shi
- Kafa zurfin kwanon rufi ko wok a kan zafi mai zafi. Ƙara 3 tbsps na man fetur da shi da zafi.
