Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 6 sausages rago
- 6 sau da yawa toasted deli hot dog buns ko burodi pita
- Don Sauce:
- 1 1/2 kofuna (360 mL) Girkan yogurt na Girkanci
- 1 ƙananan tumatir, seeded da yankakken
- 4 mint ganye, finely yankakken
- 1 tafarnuwa tafarnuwa (minced)
- 2 teaspoons / 10 ml Cumin tsaba (toasted)
- 6 duka peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon / 2.5 m gishiri a teku
Yadda za a yi shi
Don shirya Sauce:
- Cakuda cumin tsaba a cikin kwanon rufi na minti 1-2, ƙara peppercorns da toast don karin minti daya. Cire daga zafin rana.
- Yin amfani da kayan ƙanshi ko kofi grinder, pulverize cumin da barkono har sai dafa.
- Zuba yogurt zuwa babban kwano. Dama a cumin da barkono, gishiri, da tafarnuwa. Add yankakken mint da tumatir zuwa cakuda da motsawa don hada. Ajiye a firiji har sai da shirye don amfani.
Don Shirya Sausages:
- Gurasar da zazzafa don matsanancin zafi. Sanya sausage a kan gishiri kuma dafa don minti 10-12, sauyawa sau da yawa.
