Dhokla wani kayan abinci ne mai gina jiki, mai cin ganyayyaki na Gram Flour daga Gujarat a yammacin Indiya, amma yana da kyau a duk fadin kasar. Ana amfani da shi a wasu lokuta kamar karin kumallo kamar Coffee Cake, sau da yawa tare da Tamarind da Mint-Coriander Chutneys. Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 500 gms Bengal gram gari (kusa)
- 1 1/2 kofin yogurt mai daɗi

- Don shawarwa: 2 tbsps kayan lambu ko canola ko sunflower dafa abinci mai
- 1 tsp baki mustard tsaba
- 1 tsp
- sesame tsaba
- 6 zuwa 8 curry ganye
- 2 kullun kore sunyi tsalle
- 1/2 kofin ruwa mai dumi
- Don ado: 1/2 kofin finely yankakken sabo ne coriander ganye
Yadda za a yi shi
- Sake da hatsin gari . Mix shi tare da yogurt kuma ajiye shi don 2 hours.
- Ƙara ginger da kore pastes, turmeric foda gishiri dandana, ruwan 'ya'yan itace lemun tsami da sukari da kuma cikakken ruwan zafi don yin batter na pouring daidaito. Mix da kyau.
- Raba batter zuwa kashi uku daidai.
- Shirya steam da man shafawa a kwanon rufi ko na rectangular don suyi dhokla a cikin.
