Wannan abincin kayan dadi na Arewacin Indiya yana ba da sababbin iyaye mata, don taimaka wa lactation. Anyi amfani da sinadaran da ke ciki don ƙara samar da madara. Kiwon lafiya yana amfani da ita, Panjiri shine kayan zaki mai dadi. Idan baka yin Panjiri don sabon mahaifiyar ba, za ka iya fita daga cikin sinadirai a cikin jerin.
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1 kofin
- ghee
- 1/4 kofin gond / gaund (edible danko lu'ulu'u)
- 1/4 kofin makhana (tsaba da yawa)
- 1/2 kofin wholemeal gari (atta)
- 1/2 kofin m semolina (sake)
- 1 kofin
- sugar , ƙasa kasa
- 1 kofin ba tare da izini ba
- almonds , busassun busasshen ƙasa da ƙananan foda
- 1 tablespoon Ginger foda (na zaɓi)
- 1 teaspoon rami iri foda (na zaɓi)
- 1 teaspoon
- cardamom foda (na zaɓi)
- 1 teaspoon
- Fennel iri foda (na zaɓi)
Yadda za a yi shi
- Yanke ghee a cikin zurfin kwanon rufi ko wok, a kan zafi matsakaici.
- Ƙara lu'ulu'un lu'ulu'u da kuma toya, yin motsawa kullum don hana konewa. Lu'ulu'u za su damu. Cire tare da cokali mai slotted kuma ajiye a kan tawul ɗin takarda.
- A cikin wannan ghee, soyayyar makaman har sai kodayyen zinariya a launi. Cire tare da cokali mai slotted kuma ajiye a kan tawul ɗin takarda.
- Guda kayan da kuma makhana (daban) zuwa ƙananan sukari, a cikin mai tsabta, mai kofi maras nauyi.
- A cikin wannan ghee kamar yadda ke sama, ƙara dumalal gari da semolina. Dama gaba da kuma dafa har sai cakuda ya zamo zinari a launi kuma yayi kama da yashi. Wannan yana daukan hakuri. Kada a jarabce ka da zazzabin zafin jiki don wannan zai sa tasirin ya ƙone.
