Wannan kayan cin abinci mai cin gashin kayan lambu wanda ake amfani da ita shine abincin da aka yi da ruwan sanyi, da kuma jan giya. Yi amfani da abincin da kuke dafa abinci da kayan lambu don yin sandwiches!
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1 tablespoon man zaitun
- 1/4 teaspoon ruwa hayaƙi
- 6 oganci mai shinge (thinly sliced, isa ga biyu servings)
- gishiri dandana
- black barkono dandana
- 1 kofin ganyayyaki mai cin ganyayyaki (idan zaka iya samun cin ganyayyaki "naman sa" broth, wanda zai zama mafi kyau)
- 1/2 kofin jan giya
- 1 tafarnuwa tafarnuwa (minced)
- 1/2 tablespoon gari
- 1/2 tablespoon vegan margarine
