Knefe shi ne kayan gargajiya Lebanon wanda aka yi da phyllo da cuku. Za a iya amfani da karin kumallo na Lebanese kyauta don kayan zaki! Za ka iya samun shi a cikin gidajen cin abinci na Lebanon da yawa kamar kayan zaki.
Abin da Kayi Bukatar

- Ga Syrup:
- 1 kofuna waɗanda ruwa
- 2 kofuna waɗanda sukari
- 2 tablespoons orange furanni ruwa
Yadda za a yi shi
- Turar da aka yi dashi zuwa 350 F. Shred phyllo a cikin babban kwano. Ƙara man shanu don kiyaye phyllo daga danko. Raba phyllo cikin biyu.
- A cikin tukunya mai haɗuwa, hada ricotta, kwai, sukari da lemun tsami. Mix da kyau. Ajiye.
- Man shafawa a 9x12 yin burodi tasa da kuma sanya a Layer na phyllo kullu a kan kasa. Ƙara karamin ricotta a saman kullu. Add sauran phyllo kuma yayyafa da man shanu.
- Gasa ga minti 40 har sai launin ruwan kasa. Cire daga tanda kuma yardar da kwantar da kimanin minti 45. Yayin da knefe yana dafa ku iya yin saurin syrup dinku idan ba ku riga kuka yi haka ba.
