- 1/3 kopin ruwan 'ya'yan itace (babu ɓangaren litattafan almara)
- 1 Cakuda na zuma
- 1 kofin kankara (zaka iya ƙara banana mai dadi)

- Ka sanya madara mai naman alade, ruwan 'ya'yan itace orange, zuma, raspberries mai daskarewa, da kuma kankara a cikin babban zane. Haɗa a sama har sai smoothie ya kasance mai santsi. Idan kayi amfani da bangon da aka daskare a maimakon ice ba zaka buƙatar ƙara zuma ba.
