Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1 1/2 kofuna waɗanda baƙi fata (Urad Daal ba tare da fata)
- Salt dandana
- 1 2 inch inch ginger (grated)
- 2 koren sanyi (yankakken sosai)
- 3 kofuna waɗanda kayan lambu mai (ko kamar yadda ake bukata don zurfin frying, ko canola ko sunflower man fetur)
- 3 kofuna waɗanda yogurt (lokacin farin ciki sabo, kada ta kasance m)
- Red chilli foda dandana
- 1 Tbsp. chaat masala
- 2 tsp. cumin tsaba (gasashe a hankali da ƙasa a cikin wani m foda)
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Garnish: cilantro (yankakken, coriander ganye)
Yadda za a yi shi
- Gyaɗa urad daal a cikin kwano na ruwa a cikin dare. Gashi shi a cikin manna da safe. Kada ku ƙara ruwa yayin kunka.
- Ƙara ruwan sanyi da ginger zuwa wannan manna.
- Mix 1 kopin yoghurt tare da kofuna waɗanda 2 na ruwa da gishiri don dandana. Tsaya.
- A cikin wani kwano ya haɗa sauran yoghurt tare da jan chilli foda, chaat masala, cumin foda, sukari da gishiri dandana. Mix da kyau. Tsaya.
- Heat mai don zurfin frying a kan harshen wuta. Yi man shafaran dabino tare da man fetur ka kuma zuba 1 tbsp na gurasar lewatsun a cikin dabino. Yi a cikin siffar kayan aiki (waɗannan su ne vadas).
- Gudura kowane sauko cikin man fetur mai zafi kuma toya har haske. Drain da kuma sanya nan da nan a cikin yoghurt / ruwa Mix. Bada damar jiƙa don 2-3 minti.
- Cire daga mahaɗin yoghurt / ruwa kuma latsa a hankali a tsakanin dabino. Shirya waɗannan vadas a cikin zurfi kamar yadda kuka shirya su.
- Lokacin da aka yi amfani da dukkanin man shafawa a fili kuma an yi vadas kamar yadda aka yi a sama da kuma a cikin sutura, sai ku zubar da shi a kan su don rufe gaba ɗaya.
- Yi ado tare da yankakken coriander ganye da sanyi a firiji don 'yan sa'o'i kafin yin hidima.
