Yadda za a yi shi
- Heat mai a cikin babban saucepan a kan matsakaici zafi.
- Sare albasa da tafarnuwa kimanin minti biyu.
- Brown da nama a cikin kwanon rufi da albasa da tafarnuwa.
- Ƙara ruwan da zai iya rufe nama tare da akalla 2 inci.

- Bari simmer na 1 hour.
- Cire nama daga ruwa.
- Cire ƙananan mai kuma yanke nama cikin kananan cubes. Ajiye.
- Add broth kaza kamar yadda ya cancanci maye gurbin ruwa.
