Nuna ruwan kofuna 3/4 na ruwan zafi a cikin ma'auni. Add sugar da yisti. Bada yisti don yin laushi da motsawa har sai an narkar da yisti. Rufe nauyin ƙwanƙasa tare da tawul kuma yardar yisti da ruwa zuwa rana don minti 5-10.
A cikin tukunya mai yalwa, hada gari da gishiri. Ƙara ruwan yisti, yogurt, da ghee (ko kayan lambu) kuma za a fara knead na tsawon minti 5-10 har sai siffofin kullu.
Sanya kullu a cikin kwano mai rufi da man fetur kuma juya kullu a kusa da gashin gashi.
Gilashi murfin da tawul kuma yale ya tashi a cikin wani wuri mai dumi na kimanin awa 1 ko kuma sai kullu ya ninka.
