Quinoa shi ne tushe don medley na manyan Rum na daskararri: gishiri barkono barkono-almond tsoma , cucumbers, cin cuku , Kalamata olives , red albasa, pepperoncini, avocado, da faski. Sakamakon ita ce cikakkiyar nauyin gurasa da ƙanshin kayan kirki, tare da dadin dandano mai zafi.
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- Roasted Red Pepper Sauce:
- 1 16 gilashi kwalba da barkono mai launin gishiri, ya zub da (ko ka gaji barkono mai ja da kuma cin abinci!)
- 1/2 kofin almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon gishiri (mafi dandana)
- 1 tafarnuwa tafarnuwa
- Jiki daya daga lemun tsami
- 1/2 kofin man zaitun
- Ga ƙananan jiragen ruwa: (gina ginin ku bisa abin da kuke so)
- 1 pkg.
- dafa shi quinoa
- 1 kokwamba (sliced)
- 1/4 cin kofin cuku (crumbled, ko fiye dandana)
- Mamanin kalamata
- Pepperoncini (dandana)
- 1/2 albasa albasa (thinly sliced)
- 1 kofin Hummus
- 1 avocado
- Basil sabo ne (ko faski)
- Olive mai dandana
- 1 tbsp. lemun tsami (more dandana)
- Salt dandana
- Pepper dandana
