Makhni (sunan muck-nee ) kuma ya san Makkhani, ya zo ne daga kalmar Makkhan wanda ke nufin man shanu. Yawanci a abinci na Indiya ta Indiya , ana dafa abinci a man shanu kuma suna da nauyin tsirrai mai tsami wanda tumatir ke taka muhimmiyar rawa. Makhni jita-jita yawanci m zuwa matsakaici zafi da kuma sanya tare da kaza, kayan lambu ko lentils.
