Menene Makhni a cikin Cuisine na India

Makhni (sunan muck-nee ) kuma ya san Makkhani, ya zo ne daga kalmar Makkhan wanda ke nufin man shanu. Yawanci a abinci na Indiya ta Indiya , ana dafa abinci a man shanu kuma suna da nauyin tsirrai mai tsami wanda tumatir ke taka muhimmiyar rawa. Makhni jita-jita yawanci m zuwa matsakaici zafi da kuma sanya tare da kaza, kayan lambu ko lentils. Ko da yake sun dandana abincin shinkafa da kyau, Makhnis mafi kyawun gurasar India kamar Chapatis da kuma Naans ( gurasar yisti da aka yi a cikin tandoor ko tanda) zaka iya ƙara salatin kaza kuma kana cikin kasuwanci!
