Wannan ƙwayar soba noodle da girke-girke kayan lambu yana da amfani ga kodan da kuma shakatawa ga hanta da kuma gallbladder. Yana da babban abincin pikinik, kamar yadda yake riƙe da kyau kuma yana da kyau sosai ko zafi, sanyi, ko ɗakin ɗakin.
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1-8 ounce kunshin soba noodles
- 1 ½ kofuna waɗanda sliced kusar zuma
- 1 kofin shredded ko thinly sliced karas
- 1 kofin Peas
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame man fetur
- 1 tablespoon grated sabo ne ginger tushe (na zaɓi)
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon launin ruwan kasa shinkafa vinegar
- 1 Sallin, yankakken kawai, yankakken lafiya
- 1 tablespoon black sesame tsaba
Yadda za a yi shi
- Shirya kayan asba kamar yadda kunshin yake. Ɗaya daga cikin minti kafin su shirya, ƙara kayan lambu, da kuma gama dafa abinci.
- Drain soba noodles kuma ajiye, (ko kuma idan yayi shiri a gaban lokaci, girgiza dodon da ruwan sanyi don dakatar da aikin dafa abinci).
- Yi zafi da sauti na sesame da ginger, kuma dafa don minti daya.
- Ƙara nauloli, tamari da vinegar, daɗa, da kuma kai tare da tsaba da saƙar sauti don hidima.
