Soba Noodles da kayan lambu

Wannan ƙwayar soba noodle da girke-girke kayan lambu yana da amfani ga kodan da kuma shakatawa ga hanta da kuma gallbladder. Yana da babban abincin pikinik, kamar yadda yake riƙe da kyau kuma yana da kyau sosai ko zafi, sanyi, ko ɗakin ɗakin.

  4. Ƙara nauloli, tamari da vinegar, daɗa, da kuma kai tare da tsaba da saƙar sauti don hidima.
