Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 4 quarts / 3.8 lita ruwa
- 2 kofuna waɗanda / 475 ml duhu launin ruwan kasa
- 1 1/2 kofuna / 360 ml Maple syrup
- 3/4 kofin / 180 mL gishiri a teku
- 3/4 kofin / 180 mL soya sauce
- 5 zuwa 6 dukan cloves tafarnuwa (peeled)
- 6 duk ganye
- 3 manyan sprigs na thyme
- 2 teaspoons / 10 ml duka peppercorns
Yadda za a yi shi
- Sanya 2 quarts (1.9 lita) na ruwa da wasu sinadaran a babban tukunya da kuma kawo zuwa tafasa, sugar dissolving da maple syrup.
- Cire daga zafin rana, ƙara 2 quarts (1.9 lita) kuma ya bar brine ta kwantar da hankali kafin amfani da shi. Wannan zai ɗauki sa'a ko fiye.
- Bi umarnin sharuɗɗa don sakamako mafi kyau. Babban turkey da naman alade na bukatar lokutan daban. Har ila yau, idan kuna cin abincin naman alade, halve girke-girke.
