Mahaifiyata da mahaifiyata a gabanta, sun dafa Junglee Pulao har tsawon shekaru. Yana da nau'i-nau'i mai nau'in nau'i, saboda haka sunan maras kyau (Junglee yana nufin maciji ko hauka a Hindi) wanda ya zo game da lokacin cin abinci daya lokacin da iyalin ke jin dadi kuma yana kokarin zama mai ban sha'awa!
Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 250 gms nama mai cinye (rago ko naman sa) curry
- 1 kofin Basmati shinkafa
- 1 albasa mai yawa
- 2 manyan tumatir
- 2 tbsps tafarnuwa manna
- 1 tbsp Ginger manna
- 2 tsp coriander foda
- 1 tsp cumin foda
- 1/2 tsp turmeric foda
- 2 kullun kore sunyi tsalle
- 1 tbsp garam masala foda
- 1 kofin kayan lambu mai gauraye (wake, Peas, karas, farin kabeji, dankalin turawa, da sauransu)
- 2 1/2 kofuna ruwan zafi
- 3 tbsps kayan lambu / canola / sunflower dafa abinci mai
Yadda za a yi shi
- Yi wanka da shinkafa Basmati da kuma jiƙa a cikin kwano na ruwa na minti 15-20.
- Gasa man a cikin zurfi mai zurfi, mai zurfi kuma ƙara albasa. Fry har zuwa zinariya.
- Ƙara tafarnuwa da gurasa da kayan ginger da kuma toya har sai launin ruwan kasa.
- Ƙara duk kayan kayan yaji, tumatir da koren sanyi. Fry har sai man zai fara rabu da masala.
- Ƙara shinkafa, tsire-tsire nama curry, veggies, da ruwa kuma haɗuwa da kyau. Ƙara gishiri don dandana.
- Ku kawo shinkafa zuwa tafasa, simmer, rufe da kuma dafa har sai ruwan ya bushe. Idan shinkafa har yanzu dan kadan ba tare da kwasfa ba sai kara rabin kofin ruwan zuwa gare shi kuma ci gaba da dafa.
- Ku bauta wa tsokar zafi tare da sabon yogurt da wani irin abincin tsami.
