- Gurasar rago a cikin ɗaki mai gauraya mara kyau. Hada sauran sinadaran da kuma zub da su. Rufe kuma shayarwa don 4 zuwa 24.
- Gurasar da zazzafa don matsakaiciyar zafi. Sanya saƙa a kan gurasar mai dafaɗen gishiri kuma dafa don 4 zuwa 5 da minti a kowane gefe.
- Cire daga zafin rana kuma ku yi aiki tare da gutun da kuka fi so ko yogurt sauce.
