Ƙwayoyi masu naman naman gishiri sun shafe a cikin wani ruwa na Azerbaijan, wanda aka yi zafi da sauri, sa'an nan kuma ya yi amfani da mango mai dadi, ruwan inabin ruwan inabi. - 1/4 kofin / 60 mL shallots (yankakken)
- 2 tablespoons / 30 mL kayan lambu mai
- 2 tablespoons / 30 ml ruwa (dumi)
- 1 tablespoo / 15 mLn sukari
Yadda za a yi shi
Hada dukkan abubuwan sinadaran na marinade. Naman saƙar naman sa a cikin babban jaka. Zuba marinade a saman. Juya zuwa gashi. Marinate na minti 30 a ɗakin zafin jiki.
A halin yanzu narke tablespoon na sukari a cikin ruwan dumi. Zuba man fetur a cikin kwanon sauté. Add shallots da kuma dafa, yin motsawa na minti daya. Ƙara farin giya, sukari, mango da naman sa. Sauke kan zafi kadan don minti 10.
Gurasar da za a yi amfani da shi. Cire ƙwayoyin katako daga marinade da ginin don sha'awar jituwa. Game da 5 zuwa 6 minutes kowace gefe. Naman sa a kan yin amfani da faranti da saman tare da dumi miya.
