- 3 acorn squash
- 2 tbsp margarine, tausasa
- 2 tbsp man zaitun
- 1 albasa, minced
- 2 stalks seleri, diced
- 2 apples, yankakken
- 1/4 kofin maple syrup
- 1/2 kofin raisins
- 1/4 tsp faski
- 1/2 tsp dried Sage
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- Salt da barkono dandana
- 1 sayar da kantin sayar da kayan abinci na cakuda cornonad (karanta lakabin don tabbatar da cewa yana da lahani idan an buƙata)
Yadda za a yi shi
- Tebur mai zafi kafin zafi 400.
- Yanka kowane shinge a cikin rabin kuma cire tsaba. Gudura da squash tare da margarine mai laushi kuma ajiye shi.
- A cikin babban skillet, sautee da albasa, seleri da apple a cikin man zaitun na 6-8 da minti. Rage zafi kuma ƙara maple syrup, raisins, ganye, gishiri da barkono da dama don hada.
- A cikin babban kwano, haɗa tare da haɗin gurasa tare da albasa, seleri da apple cakuda har sai an hade. Cokali wannan haɗuwa a cikin kowace squash rabin.
- Rufe kowace squash tare da tsare da kuma gasa 40-45 minti, ko har sai squash ne taushi. Yi aiki tare da ganyayyaki masu cin ganyayyaki idan ana son su kuma ji daɗi!
