- 7 oz oz./200 ml ruwa
- Zabin: ƙananan ƙwayar kwalliyar kwalliyar kwalliya don ado
- Masalaran Manna:
- 4 tafarnuwa cloves (peeled da yankakken)
- 2.5cm ginger (peeled da yankakken)
- 3 ƙwayoyin alkama (deseeded da yankakken)
- 75g grated kwakwa (thawed idan daskararre)
- 1 tbsp. cilantro / coriander ganye (yankakken)
Yadda za a yi shi
- Na farko yin Masala manna.
- Sanya dukkanin sinadaran manna a cikin abincin abinci. Ƙara 3 tbsp. na ruwa da kuma blitz don samar da wani lokacin farin ciki manna.
- Yanke da dankali, naberg, da dankalin turawa, ko kuma yam, karas da banana a cikin nama, da wake cikin kashi 1/2 cm. Tsaya kowane sashi a raba.
- Gasa man a cikin babban kwanon rufi. Ƙara tsaba mustard, shuke-shuke da kuma asafoetida, idan amfani. Lokacin da tsaba suka fara tashi, ƙara maɓallin masala. Cook don 2 - 3 minutes stirring akai-akai.
- Sanya dankali da karas a cikin kwanon rufi kuma dafa tsawon minti 5 kafin a kara sauran kayan lambu, gishiri da sauran kayan yaji. Fry a kan babban zafi na mintina 5, sannan rage zafi, ƙara ruwa da motsawa.
