Yana da mahimmanci don sanya kowane ɓangare na ƙwai Benedict a cikin wani tsari. Tabbatar yin gaisar da Muffin na Turanci kuma dafa naman alade da farko kuma ya sanya su a waje. Sa'an nan kuma ku sa tsamiyar kirki da kuma kiyaye shi yayin da kuka sa qwai! Wannan hanya duk abin da zai zama zafin jiki da daidaito lokacin da kake shirye don tarawa!
Qwai Benedict ne cikakke girke-girke indulgence karshen mako! Yana daukan wani ɗan aiki da wasu ƙira don yin kowane ɓangare, amma yana da daraja sosai kuma zai damu da kowa da yake zaune a tebur! Abin da Kayi Bukatar
- 1 english muffin (toasted)
- 2 qwai
- 1 kwai gwaiduwa
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ruwa
- 1 teaspoon lemun tsami ruwan 'ya'yan itace
- 1 sanda man shanu (1/2 kofin)
- gishiri dandana
- 1 1/2 teaspoons zafi miya
- Garnish: yankakken chives
- 4 naman alade (dafa shi)
Yadda za a yi shi
- Fara da yin Hollanda Sauce. Narke man shanu a saucepan. Swirl da man shanu a cikin kwanon rufi har sai da ya ba frothy.
- Sanya yarin kwai a cikin kofi wanda ya dace da gwargwadon jininku. Ƙara ruwan 'ya'yan lemun tsami da ruwa zuwa kofin. Kunna kwantar da man fetur da fara farawa man shanu a cikin tsutsa yayin da ake ginin man shanu a yanzu. Haɗa har sai miya ya zama santsi. Whisk a cikin zafi miya da gishiri dandana. Ajiye a tukunyar da aka rufe a wuri mai dumi. Ba za a iya sake yin amfani da Hollanda ba, sai kawai a ɗan gajeren lokaci!
