Siu Mai wani shahararren mashahuran kasar Sin ne wanda aka ba da kyauta a matsayin wani ɓangare na dimbin burin. Abokai zasu so su idan sun zo don cin abinci!
Abin da Kayi Bukatar

- Shiitake namomin kaza

- 20 gppers wrappers (ko gunton wrappers yanke zuwa da'irori).
Yadda za a yi shi
- Cunkuda namomin kaza ta hanyar yin amfani da ruwan zafi a tsawon minti 20 zuwa 30. Matsa fitar da duk wani ruwa mai haɗari. Yanke mai tushe.
- Sake tsire-tsire a cikin dumi, ruwa mai sauƙin salted na minti 5. Pat bushe. Mince da namomin kaza, karamar ruwa, da albasa kore. Hade tare da Ginger da naman alade. Jira a cikin kakarings. Mix da cika sinadaran sosai.
